The 5 Phases of the Stories That Sell Intensive

PHASE 0: THE PRE-WORK

Before we meet for our 3-hour intensive, you’ll have some homework to do. You’ll receive access to your Trello board, where you’ll be able to fill out the Business Foundation list. This list includes basic information about your business, like what you do, the benefits of working with you, and the products and services you offer.

You’ll also receive your Stories That Sell Intensive Workbook. You’ll fill out the appropriate sections of the workbook, including the Expectations section, the Dream Client section and the Products and Services section.

I’ll look over your workbook before we start the intensive, and we can discuss any questions via Trello or Voxer.

PHASE 1: REFINE DREAM CLIENTS
In this phase, we’ll cover your expectations for the intensive, and then we’ll dive into the meeting itself. We’ll go through who your dream clients is, their goals and motivations, their problems or obstacles, and more. From there, we’ll create a dream client story for each persona you have. These stories will help you flesh out your dream client personas, understand what their day looks like, and better connect with them.
PHASE 2: FIND YOUR BRAND STORIES

Based on your dream client persona’s stories and profiles, we’ll dig deep into your life and your business to find stories that your dream clients will resonate with. We’ll talk about your dream clients’ problems and how you relate to those problems. This is going to go deep, and you may find yourself sharing things you never thought you would. That’s good. It means you can use that in your business to really connect with potential clients.

We’ll also pull out stories based on the products and services you provide. I’ll dig to find the story behind each product or service you offer to get to the bottom your story for each one.

PHASE 3: USE YOUR STORIES

Once we know your brand stories and which ones would best resonate with your audience, we’ll talk about how to use each story specifically. We’ll also pair your stories up based on which product or service they go best with.

From there, we’ll create a 3-month content strategy that includes your stories and how you can use each one specifically.

PHASE 4: RECAP AND CLOSING
Before we hop off the intensive call, I’ll make sure that everything is right in Trello and that you’re clear on what your next steps are (those will be clearly laid out in Trello).
PHASE 5: POST-INTENSIVE SUPPORT
After your intensive, you’ll receive two weeks of Trello and Voxer support. So if you have a question for me, or if you need feedback on your new direction, all you need to do is ask.

Who’s behind this?

Hey! I’m Ardelia Lee, story strategist for online entrepreneurs. I help my clients dig deep, look within (and sometimes without) and find the stories that will help them create deeper connections with their audience, convert more dream clients, and grow their impact.

I work with my clients to bring their unique, inspiring stories to the forefront of their business by showing them how to use their stories in their sales content and their everyday content.

Don’t think you have a story? You do. In fact, you have a lot of stories that need to be told. I was actually in that whole “I don’t have a story” boat not too long ago. It can be difficult to get out, so if you’re struggling with that, we’ll cover mindest-building strategies that will help you realize you do have stories to share.

Also, I’m a huge nerd. In fact, I love reading fantasy novels and working in as many references as I can to Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Star Trek, and Star Wars in daily conversation.

What if I don't see a time that works for me?

Email me at ardelia@ardelialee.com and let me know! I’m happy to accommodate you if I can. We can schedule an intensive outside of the weekend if that fits your schedule better.

 

 

Are there payment plans?

No. Because the intensive is a one-time service, all payment is due upfront.

 

 

What if I need additional support?

You can always choose to purchase additional 1:1 calls if you feel the need for more support. This is something we can talk about after your intensive.
