God has placed a message on your heart.

He is writing your story.

And it’s time for you to share it with the world through your business.

“Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead, they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.” Matthew 5:14-16.

You want to be a light for Christ. You want so badly to share your faith and incorporate it into your business and your content. You hear that message almost every Sunday in church. “Go forth and make disciples,” they say.

Other people do it so easily. And it comes so naturally for them.

But not for you. You’re not quite confident in what you have to say. You’re not sure how to form the words or tell the stories of your faith, and you’re especially not sure how to work all of that into your business.

Besides, there’s the whole issue of your content plan, or rather the lack thereof. When you do create content like blog posts or videos, it’s sporadic and as inspiration strikes. You’re not quite steady enough in your content creation to really see the business growth you want.

You’re flying by the seat of your pants when it comes to content creation, so the thought of even trying to include your faith in what little content you do have is laughable.

And honestly, it can be really scary to step out and share your faith. The world isn’t always the most welcoming place for Christians. Even fellow Christians can pull us down (we are human, after all.) You know that you might get some negative backlash if you share your stories, so you keep silent, all the while longing to tell of what God has done in your life and in your business

What if I told you it’s all possible?

That you could actually, seamlessly, integrate your faith with your business. You could share God’s message with your audience and transform the lives of your followers. You could be the Christian leader you’ve always wanted to be (or, if you’re like me, suddenly stumbled into that desire).

That you could share your stories (both faith-based and otherwise) in your business and your content. You could connect more deeply with your audience. They’d begin to really understand who you are, what drives you, and the values you hold. You’d begin to inspire and motivate them to achieve their goals. That’s incredibly powerful, and it’s one of the signs of a good leader.

That you could have a clear, thought-out content plan. You would know what content needs to be created and shared next to help you reach your goals. You would know exactly why you’re creating each piece of content. The days of creating content willy-nilly would disappear. You’d have a clear content plan for everything.

That you could grow your profit while engaged in the above activities. With all that extra audience connection, openness, and solid, strategic content plan, you’re bound to make more money. (And there’s nothing unchristian about that, thank you very much.) Remember, the key is to “Seek first his kingdom and his righteousness and all of these things will be added to you as well.” Matt. 6:33 (Yes. I did just use scripture on a sales page.)

Does all of that sound like the faith, life, and business you want?

Faith. Leadership. Profit. is for you.

Introducing the Faith. Leadership. Profit. Mastermind

Faith. Leadership. Profit. is a unique mastermind that combines faith, business strategy, leadership support, and sales strategy to help you accomplish three core objectives:

  1. Deepen your relationship with God
  2. Bring that relationship and your stories (not just faith-based stories, but all of your stories) into your business
  3. Grow your profits through a clear, non-overwhelming content strategy

This mastermind is one-part small group for fellowship, one-part business mastermind for professional growth, and one-part content strategy for maximum impact, leadership, and profit.

It’s a unique mix of elements that will help you grow (personally and professionally), step out in faith, and become the confident leader you were meant to be. We’ll work together for 6 months to help you grow your business and your faith to new heights.

FLP includes both individual and group meetings, so you’ll get one-on-one time with me (Ardelia) in addition to group fellowship and business support and feedback.

That sounds great! But what exactly is included in Faith. Leadership. Profit.?

How to weave your story into your content and content strategy
How to grow your faith in a way that’s aligned for you.
How to create a killer content strategy that helps you share the message God has given you while reaching your business goals
How to share your faith and tell your story confidently

Let’s dive deeper!

(What does all that awesome stuff look like?)

If you choose the package with monthly individual meetings, you’ll have access to me through your personal Trello boards, Voxer (an awesome instant voice messaging app), our private Facebook group, and 6 private 1:1 calls (once per month). We’ll record our calls so you don’t have to worry about furiously scribbling notes.

Our monthly meeting is time for you to chat with me one-on-one about whatever you need help with that month. We can plan out your content strategy (a.k.a. The all-encompassing plan that determines what content you’re going to create for the month). We can talk about things that come up in terms of your faith or how to share your faith with your audience.

Or we can create a plan for how to use your stories on your sales pages or in your promotional materials. If it has to do with your business, your content, your stories, or your faith, it’s fair game for our meeting.

Our monthly group meetings will be a time for us to talk about our wins for the month as well as to share our struggles and ask the group for support and feedback. This is a great time to connect with your sisters and discern where the group needs your strengths and talents.

I’ll take notes about common problems or struggles that come up during the meeting and address them in our monthly trainings.

We’ll have devotional discussions and readings in the Facebook group. This is a time for you to chat with the group about what God has placed on your heart. I’ll also hop on Facebook live occasionally to get the conversation going and to chat about the month’s devotional topic.

I’ll take note of any common problems that arise in the group in terms of strategy, faith, or business. Based on what the group is struggling with at the moment, I’ll create trainings for the group around the topic on an as-needed basis.

An example live training might focus on how to repurpose your content if the group is struggling to keep up with content creation demands. These trainings will be done on Facebook Live in the Facebook group for Faith. Leadership. Profit.

I’ll occasionally bring in guest experts to talk to the group about a different area in business or Christianity. This is a great opportunity to connect with some leading, faith-focused entrepreneurs while learning tons of new things.

Each month we’ll have a co-working time where we’ll gather virtually for 90 minutes to focus on getting our work done. This is time for you to knock out your blog posts or email newsletters for the month. You can also use this to do administrative tasks or get a headstart on planning your content for the next month.

There probably won’t be much talking during this time (think of it as a quiet space in the library dedicated to working), but it will help keep you accountable for your content creation. And it gives you an excuse to get to work.

Faith. Leadership. Profit. will have its own Facebook group. Within the group will be prompts to help you grow your faith and get to know your sisters better. The Facebook group will be the group’s official headquarters for notifications, appointment scheduling, and communications.

All the live trainings will take place in the Facebook group. If you have any questions or feedback for your mastermind sisters, you can post them in the group.

Faith. Leadership. Profit. will include between 6 to 12 women who are ready to grow their faith, tell their stories, and grow their profit. When you join FLP, you’ll have a group of women who understand what you’re going through.

They’ll encourage you when you need it (and probably give it to you straight when you need it). They’ll pray for you, celebrate with you, and offer feedback when you ask for it.

You’re entering a space made for connection, vulnerability, and growth. Faith. Leadership. Profit. is a safe space for you to talk about your deepest fears, struggles with your faith (we all have them), business stresses, or anything else that comes up.

Each FLP sister will receive snail mail goodies in the form of a welcome package. These packages will include a prayer journal, a devotional book (to be confirmed individually), and other goodies as the need arises.
It’s time to bring your faith into your business while simultaneously creating a consistent, profit-generating content strategy.

Who’s hosting Faith. Leadership. Profit.?

That’d be me – Ardelia Lee, story strategist for entrepreneurs. My mission is to help Christian entrepreneurs share their own faith and stories in their businesses so they can deepen their faith, become the leaders they’re called to be, and grow their business + profits.

But my mission wasn’t always this awesome. And I wasn’t always super duper, unbelievably excited and passionate about what I was doing. Why?

Because I ignored my calling. In fact, I wasn’t even aware of it. I’ve been in online business for three years now, but I haven’t been in the same business for more than a year.

See, I had a problem. I was restless. Nothing I did, no service or content I created or launched, felt aligned. My business was trying to be like everyone else’s.

I talked about the same general online business tips. I talked about copywriting tips (this was the business that lasted the longest). But nothing ever felt right – truly, deep-down-to-my-toes right.

It always felt like I was forcing myself into a role I didn’t belong in (square peg into a round hole, anyone?). Working in my business was a drag. Working with clients was ok, but I didn’t have the fiery passion that everyone else in the online business world claimed to have.

Finally, I got to a point where things just weren’t great financially. I was on the edge of a nervous breakdown. I cried every day (sometimes multiple times a day). I didn’t fully enjoy my time with my girls, and my poor husband didn’t know what to do with me.

So I started to pray. And I prayed and prayed and prayed. And I began to read my Bible daily again.

During that time, I received the same message in a variety of ways – through my Bible reading, through my devotionals, and through my prayer. And that message was: God will provide.

After I accepted that message and the peace that came with it, I found that I was more open to God’s words than ever before. And that’s when my most profound insight happened.

I was supposed to work my faith into my business and share my stories with the world. (I had already decided on the story direction, but I was leaving my faith out of it…just like all the other business variations I had tried.)

When I got that message, I was shocked. This was not the way I saw my life going. I never expected to be the person sharing her faith and helping others do the same. But that’s what I’m doing now, and I’ve never had anything feel so right, so freeing, and so profoundly me in my three years of online business.

I want to help you share your own powerful stories and your amazing faith in Christ because I know that you’re meant to do more than run a successful business. You’re meant to minister through your business.

Are you ready to open up, dive into a deeper relationship with God, and grow your business at the same time? Faith. Leadership. Profit. is for you! Click the button below to apply.

Is Faith. Leadership. Profit. right for you?

This may be right for you if you

  • You’re ready to develop or deepen your relationship with God.
  • You want a group of supportive women around you who will encourage to grow personally and professionally.
  • You’re ready to share your faith with your audience and bring your stories into your business and your content.
  • You’re tired of the “fly by the seat of your pants” content creation plan, and you’re ready to finally have a solid plan for your content that’s goal oriented and actually supports profit growth.
  • You want to connect with your audience on a deeper level, but you struggle to find that connection.
  • You want to see your business’s profits grow in a way that feels good for you.
  • The 6 monthly payments of $1,000- $1,500 won’t hurt you or your business financially.

This may not be right for you if you

  • You don’t believe in God or have at least a desire to get to know Him more. A huge part of FLP is developing and deepening a relationship with Christ. If you have no desire to do that, you won’t get as much out of Faith. Leadership. Profit. as you could.
  • You’re more of a loner and don’t care to support other women in their journey (No judgment here! Sometimes it’s nice to be alone.)
  • You’re not quite ready to open up about your faith.
  • You either have a content plan that works just fine for you, or you’re not that interested in developing one that helps you grow your business.
  • Your content plan isn’t a priority for you right now.
  • You’re not interested in creating deeper connections with your audience.
  • You’re not interested in profit growth.
  • You can’t invest $1,000 – $1,500 monthly for 6 months.
Let’s deepen your faith and create a content plan that shares your message and grows your profits.

I’ll plan for 10 women in the group, though I’ll have some room for adjustment. The group will not exceed 12 women. I want this to be an intimate experience for everyone.

What if I need additional support?
You can always choose to purchase additional 1:1 calls if you feel the need for more support.
Do I have to be Christian to apply?
Nope. All you need is a desire to learn more about who God is and be open to the possibility of a relationship with Him.
Do I need to be a specific denomination to apply?
Not at all. Faith. Leadership. Profit. doesn’t require you to be a certain denomination, and it won’t push a certain denomination on you. The group respects and welcomes all denominations.

If you’re curious, Methodism is what feels right for me (I was raised in a Methodist church, a Baptist church, and a non-denominational church, so I’ve been around the denominational block, you might say).

Will I fit in?
Yes! The women in Faith. Leadership. Profit. are supportive, kind, and loving. I understand your nervousness when it comes to joining a mastermind (I was nervous when I joined my first one). But FLP is a safe place to share your struggles, fears, joys, and praises.
